Following are links to lesson plans for each chapter to assist you in teaching your classes. Each lesson plan is a Word document that you can save on your computer and then edit with your preferred text editor. Every teacher prefers a different depth of material to aid them in their presentation. My personal preference is for a very brief outline similar to the chapter outline for my book. This keeps me from forgetting to bring up a topic that I meant to cover in that class. Others prefer a very detailed outline. The attached plans are somewhere between these extremes. Please feel free to customize them to suit your own style.
